FREE Setup and Removal

NO HIDDEN CHARGES! What's written in our Service Agreement is what you pay unless we agree to overtime hours on the actual date of the event. Overtime is normal time plus one-half.

Fees quoted do NOT include federal, state and local taxes or any additional travel expenses that may occur. Such expenses may include mileage, tolls, parking, airfare and lodging. Round-trip mileage of 50 miles or less is FREE!

Any event occurring on or during a holiday period will be charged a surcharge regardless of the purpose of the event. This charge will be added to your final price quote if not already included.

Tolls, parking and similar fees are not included in this quote. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and Ameri can Express Cards via PayPal. A 3% service charge will be added to all charge orders.

Price quotes given are an estimate only. Prices must be approved and finalized by R4R Entertainment.
