We made it easy for you here at R4R Entertainment. When booking with us, you will have access to our online planning forms for your wedding, party or event. Having access to our 24/7 planning forms can assist you and take some of the pressure off of your planning. When your forms are completed and saved they will be emailed directly to your DJ assigned to your event.

Your planning forms consist of venue and vendor information, event time-line and access to our 80,000+ music library with your choice of Must Play, Possible Play and DO NOT Play music lists. Once completed your DJ will review your information and communicate with you to clarify any questions concerning your planning information for your party.
